Mini packages will not have tracking number and will be sent with regular postal services.

Standard delivery (5-10 business days) - 12$CAD (9.10$USD).

Free shipping for all orders over 150$CAD (116$USD) before taxes.

*Please note that the duties and custom fees (if applicable) are the responsability of the client. Le Mechant Loup is also not responsible for any custom delays or lost packages.

RETURNS

In order to return an item, you must first email us at [email protected] with your order number to receive a confirmation. Returns are accepted for exchange, store credit and refund and must be made within 21 days of order date. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags or that are damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All discounted or in promo merchandise is a final sale. For hygienic reasons, teethers and pacifiers are also not refundable.
